It is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 14 day (from the date received to the date shipped back) return policy for a full refund, or a 60 day exchange or on account credit on all unworn and re-saleable condition pieces on domestic orders only. There are NO RETURNS on international orders.
All pieces are shipped with a Do Not Remove Tag (no prices shown). No refund, credit or exchange will be issued if this tag has been removed.

PLEASE NOTE: Mason-Kay will only supply return labels for two returns in a year, for non-defective pieces, and four over the lifetime of your account. Additional returns will still be accepted, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs.
Although it is very uncommon, please report any damages within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend sending a photograph of the damaged piece with your order number to email@example.com.
Note: Gram Weight – This is the gram weight of each piece without the tags and removable earring backs (if applicable).
The gram weight is printed on each item tag and corresponds to the gram weight on the Certificate of Authenticity.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, or wire payments. For check payments, we will ship your piece(s) when your check has cleared.
We reserve the right to wait up to 48 hours after payment before shipping orders over $3,000.
For orders over $10,000, only personal checks (once cleared), cashier’s checks (once cleared) and wire payments will be accepted.
